Abstract

Coffee business both in the form of café and home industry is in demand by coffee business and coffee lovers. The coffee business is taking advantage of the opportunity of increasing the amount of coffee production and consumption in Indonesia, a coffee trend that is increasing by 10% among young people with a large youth population. Entering the market is done by ensuring continuity of supply and supply strategies for high quality Arabica coffee drinks at affordable prices and practically using ingredients that are safe for health and serving authentic single origin Arabica coffee drinks. The chosen business strategy is to serve the purchase of coffee with a delivery service and collaborate with third-party delivery services and sell beverage products that support trends and healthy lifestyles. From the financial side, it takes around forty million rupiahs working capital and initial investment, a sales target in the first year of two hundred million rupiahs assuming a ten percent increase in sales every year, an estimated first five-year net profit of forty to ninety million rupiahs, and payback period of less than eight months.
