Abstract

This research aims to look at the effect of Career Development on Intention to Stay mediated by Continuance Commitment. This research was conducted at PT. Bank Central Asia Tbk Some specific is the Group Strategic Information Technology (GSIT) division. The questionnaire was collected by 67 respondents from a population of 80 employees using the Convenience Sampling method. Data processing was performed using SPSS version 22 software and Hayes PROCESS version 3.5 macro. The results of this study is the respondents indicate that the Continuance Commitment variable can mediated the effect of Career Development on Intention to Stay. Although the indirect effect has smaller effect than the direct effect.
