Abstract

Activities in various sectors have begun to shift to all digital, automatic, easier, faster and more practical. More and more companies are using digital applications in carrying out their business operations. The existence of digitalization also makes it easier for investors to carry out investment activities in a company. Value of the firm can determine investors' perceptions in making decisions. So the company must be able to increase the value of its company by making good use of intellectual capital. This research aims to analyze the impact of human capital, structural capital, customer capital, and intellectual capital on the value of the firm based on Tobins’s Q formula. The research population is 75 energy companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2018-2020. By using the purposive sampling method and outlier data, obtained as many as 99 units of observation as the sample. Research data were obtained from annual reports that were audited and published in IDX. Data analysis was performed by multiple linier regression, and simple linier regression using have  SPSS version 26 program. The results of the research state that structural capital, customer capital, and intellectual capital have a significant impact on the value of the firm, while human capital has no significant impact on  the value of the firm
