Abstract

The concept of new entrepreneurship is developing so that it can attract the attention of the government to restart the entrepreneurial world which had been hunkered down due to the pandemic a few years ago. Many studies on entrepreneurial orientation have been carried out, entrepreneurial orientation on business performance has become the basic theory in the development of knowledge that has been put forward by Lumpkin, G. T., & Dess, G, 1996. Studies by Radipere, 2013, Wiklund and Shepherd 2005, Lisboa, A., Skarmeas, D., Saridakis, C, 2015. I.N.Mohammad,2019, found that there is a significant relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and business performance. (proactive, innovative and risk-taking) has a positive effect on the performance of small businesses. In several studies, it is still found that entrepreneurial orientation cannot be said to support company performance. The study conducted by Solikahan, E.Z. and A. Mohammad. 2019 says that entrepreneurial orientation on business performance does not have a significant effect. With the gap research, the researcher tries to fill the gap by adding the Aggressiveness Value Proposition. This study aims to add the concept of marketing orientation and innovation as a novelty in further research to support the development of the theory of  Lumpkin, G. T., & Dess, G,1996.
