Abstract

To be interesting, culinary business actors take advantage of the knowledge of the importance of food that can be consumed by all ages, including vegetarians. Temaan Makan is starting to get involved in the culinary business with the concept of delicious food that is safe for daily consumption. Using the basic ingredients of tempeh and naan bread, as well as ingredients that are gluten-free, without preservatives, the whole process is carried out hygienically. As a new product for society, the level of competition is low, so that it can continue to improve its competitive ability for growth and development.
