Abstract

The development of digital payment technology through QRIS has driven significant transformation in transaction systems in Indonesia, including among micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) producing local Baduy products in Kaduketuk Village. This study aims to objectively analyze the impact of QRIS usage on increasing sales among Baduy MSMEs. A qualitative research approach was employed, with data collected through interviews with ten MSME actors conducted in July 2025. The findings indicate that QRIS implementation has contributed to improved transaction efficiency and convenience; however, it has not yet had a significant impact on increasing sales or customer numbers. The main constraints include frequent signal disruptions, low levels of digital payment literacy, limited socialization and training, and a high risk of fraud. Therefore, continuous assistance and support from banking institutions are necessary.
