Abstract

This objective of this study is to examine the effect of leadership style, psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction on employees’ performance at PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia in the Jakarta area. There are three independent variables used in this study, namely leadership style variables, psychological empowerment variables and job satisfaction variables. While the dependent variable is the employee performance variable. The object of research is employees of PT Bank KEB Hana Indonesia with a population of 250 karyawaan. Based on the solvin formula, the sample of this study amounted to 154 employees. The sampling method in this study used a non-probability sampling method with convenience sampling techniques. The data analysis used is statistical description analysis and linear analysis of multiple regression using SPSS statistical software.

The results showed that leadership style, psychological empowerment, and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The higher the level of leadership style, psychological improvement and employee performance, the higher the level of performance produced
