PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN DAN UKURAN PERUSAHAAN TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN PADA PERUSAHAAN SEKTOR MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN TAHUN 2019-2021

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan dan pengaruh antara Struktur Kepemilikan dan Ukuran Perusahaan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan melalui bukti-bukti empiris yang akan diteliti. Data empiris tersebut diambil dari website perusahaan dan Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan purposive sampling dianalisis menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda data panel melalui software STATA 14 dengan sampel 17 perusahaan dalam sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Struktur Kepemilikan berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan Ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
