Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing whether or not the influence of Work-life balance on employee job satisfaction is mediated by the work motivation of career women during work from home. The population and sample of the study are female workers in the JABODETABEK area who are married. This study took a random sample of 72 people using convenience sampling technique. Data processing was carried out using SPSS for windows 25.0 which resulted in validity test analysis, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, average test, and hypothesis testing using the simple mediation model 4 Macro Hayes. The results obtained from this study indicate that work-life balance has a significant effect on job satisfaction through the mediating variable of work motivation using an indirect effect. So, it can be concluded that Work Motivation mediates perfectly between Work-life balance on Job Satisfaction through indirect-only because there is no direct influence in it.
