Abstract

The restructuring of the Makan Nyoo Catering business is an urgent need to change the image of the business with traditional management, while also being a rebranding step that opens up significant growth opportunities. Professional business management in various management fields, by utilizing information technology and digitalization, will encourage the business's growth into a business like a soup kitchen for customers, by providing daily side dishes with menus that still prioritize clean, healthy, quality food containing vitamins and daily nutrition for customers. For the owner and employees, this business can be a source of sufficient income in the long term.
