This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, as well as the factors that influence this commitment, such as organizational culture and job satisfaction. This study uses the three-dimensional commitment model (Three-Component Model) developed by Meyer and Allen, as well as the organizational culture theory proposed by Denison. The results show that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance, and organizational culture and job satisfaction are factors that influence this commitment. This research is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management and improve company performance.
