Abstrak

The growth of pet ownership, presents an attractive business opportunity, especially when implemented within a niche marketing framework. This study examines the business model of a pet boarding facility called "Kayak di Rumah" from SWOT analysis and marketing strategy perspective. The research was conducted through interviews and on-site observations. The results indicate that the strengths of this business are its cage-free pet boarding service and regular customer reports. Customers are largely repeat customers, indicating a positive perception of service quality. Customers are willing to pay a premium for this. A successful niche marketing strategy requires continued maintenance of its strengths.
