Tower component fabrication is crucial in the construction of 500kV transmission towers. The completeness and accuracy of components during distribution determine the quality and efficiency of the work. However, during the distribution process—which involves approximately 2,600 components per point—errors often occur, such as missing or missing components, due to manual inspection. To address this, the use of Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology is proposed. RFID monitors component completeness during packaging and shipping through radio wave-based data transfer between tags and readers. With RFID, distribution monitoring becomes more accurate, reducing errors, increasing efficiency, and preventing installation delays. This solution also reduces costs and ensures component quality.
