Membangun Peta Pendaftaran Tanah Kecamatan Lengkap, di Kecamatan Ciparay, Kabupaten Bandung Jawa Barat

Abstract

The Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning (ATR/BPN) plays a crucial role in ensuring the validity of land data to support legal certainty, public services, and sustainable development. The Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) and the Complete Land Registration for Cities/Districts (PTKL) programs aim to create high-quality land maps. The mapping process is carried out in stages, starting from the village level up to cities and districts, with the goal of mapping all land parcels accurately and efficiently. This study was conducted in Ciparay District, Bandung Regency, West Java, chosen due to the large number of unregistered land parcels and the varied topography. The research began with the preparation of human resources, initial data collection, and the use of tools such as AutoCAD and ArcGIS. The results showed that through the application of appropriate mapping technology, a more complete and accurate map of Ciparay District was produced, supporting legal certainty in land tenure, reducing the potential for land disputes, and enhancing the quality of land services.
