This article aims to explain the implementation of the kaizen system in flexible packaging companies to be able to improve and develop programs sustainably for the sake of smoothness and increasing the progress of the company. Flexible Packaging Company in this study is a manufacturing industry engaged in packaging for food and non-food. The production process includes 3 parts, namely Printing, Laminating and Finishing. Finished goods can be in the form of jumbo rolls or ready-to-fill bags. Packaging is very helpful for manufacturers in terms of promotion and marketing of goods. Therefore, packaging must follow the standards and provisions agreed upon by customers and flexible packaging companies.
