Abstract

Rumah Sakit Angkatan Udara (RSAU) Antariksa Halim Perdana Kusuma is a type B hospital equipped with a Cath Lab. In 2022, the management planned to add more Cath Lab equipment and supporting facilities, prompting a structural evaluation according to SNI 1726:2019 and SNI 2847:2019. This analysis employed various methods and field data, aiming to recommend service improvements while ensuring safety compliance. The study investigated the building's structural condition through visual inspection and concrete quality audits using Hammer and UPV tests. The results showed no structural damage but varied concrete quality. The analysis using the lowest concrete quality confirmed the building's load-bearing capacity according to standards, though it did not meet SMRF requirements, necessitating reinforcement. Additional analysis revealed shear capacity failures due to the increased load. It is advised not to expand the Cath Lab area at the specified location.
