Abstract

A break-away occurred in the TLA (Truck Loading Arm) quick coupling at the time of filling will have a direct impact on the LPG distribution process. If not resolved, new problems will arise, LPG filling process will be hampered, hence the value of supply loss will increase and there will be potential accident occur in the filling process. Considering the complexity of the problems, this paper discussed about improving the reliability of charging lines by making LIVER (Line Vapor Release). This improvement is intended to provide solutions to basic problems in the LPG filling process.
