Abstract

In supporting the tasks in Directorate General of Chemical, Pharmaceutical and Textile Industry, it requires data and information in the form of visualizations so that the data and information are easier to understand, analyze and interpret and more informative. This article aims to present the profile and data of the industry in Indonesia in the form of a dashboard, especially in the industrial sector in the Directorate of Upstream Chemical Industry, Ministry of Industry. In addition to presenting more informative data, the purpose of designing this dashboard is to form a more organized database so that there is no more repetitive and separate data. The design of dashboard used Microsoft Power BI to display visual profiles and industry data consisting of producer or industrial company, production capacity, production, export and import volume, export and import value, national supply and demand, user industry and product prospects. The results are expected to be a more effective and efficient tool for work unit leaders in the Upstream Chemical Industry Directorate to support policy making.
