This article aims to present engineering practice activities as facilitator in the workshop related to ergonomics and research methodology. The workshop was held in Laboratory of Ergonomics, Department of Industrial Engineering, University Indonesia. The participants consisted of undergraduate and graduate students who have interest in ergonomics or doing their research in the area of ergonomics. Through this workshop, the participants were provided with basic principles of statistics, design of experiment, and how to use software Minitab to solve their problems related to the data.
