Abstract

 This study investigates the direct influence of Strategic HR Competence
and Information Technology on Organizational Performance, as well as
the direct influence of Knowledge Management on Organizational
Performance. Additionally, the research also analyzes the indirect
effects of these two independent variables mediated by Knowledge
Management. The method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)
with the help of the LISREL 8.80 software. Data were obtained from 210
respondents taken through a census survey technique. The analysis
results prove that all seven proposed hypotheses, both direct and indirect
effects, are supported by the data. The implications of this study conclude
that Knowledge Management serves as an effective mediating variable.
The existence of a positive and significant influence of Strategic HR
Competence and Information Technology on Knowledge Management
ultimately implies an enhancement in Organizational Performance.
