Uji Fungsi Watertube Boiler Takuman N-600 SA Superheater Kapasitas 20 Ton Uap/Jam pada Pabrik Minyak Kelapa Sawit

At the palm oil factory, steam becomes a primary need; besides driving turbines, steam is also required for other processing stations. Boiler inspection is a comprehensive process of checking and testing the boiler to ensure it is safe, efficient, and meets applicable safety standards. The tests carried out on the Watertube Boiler Takuma N-600 SA are the hydrostatic test and the steam test. The pressure tested in the hydrostatic test is 23 kg/cm². After performing slow firing (gradual combustion), the steam test is conducted to ensure that the safety valves function properly. The first safety valve opens at a pressure of 21 kg/cm², and the second safety valve opens at a pressure of 22 kg/cm². The conclusion of the hydrostatic test is successful with parameters showing no leaks on the expansion and welding of the watertube, and the steam test is successful where the safety valves function correctly.
