A Solar Power Plant is a system that utilizes solar energy and is categorized as a form of New and Renewable Energy (NRE). One of the efforts to improve the cost efficiency or production performance of power plants is by reducing the electricity used for own consumption by installing a 1,67 MWp land-based Solar PV system. The installation was accompanied by an in-depth study of its integration impact on the existing electrical network to avoid future operational issues. Without proper analysis, integrating PLTS-1 with 7 inverters configuration and PLTS-2 with 5 inverters configuration into the existing grid may affect overall system performance, such as voltage stability, load distribution, and the potential for other technical disturbances. By identifying these risks in advance, appropriate mitigation measures can be developed to ensure the system operates reliably and stably, while avoiding damage or disruptions to the PLN power grid.
