Residual life assessment (RLA) is a crucial step to ensure the reliability, safety, and operational efficiency of equipment that has exceeded its design life or shows signs of aging. This study was conducted on the Gathering Station (GS) VI Talang Jimar, owned by PT Pertamina EP Zone 4 Field Prabumulih, with the aim of evaluating the current condition of the equipment, estimating the remaining operational life, and providing recommendations regarding necessary maintenance or replacement actions. The Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) method and the Reliability Block Diagram (RBD) approach were used in this analysis to map risks, evaluate system reliability, and provide accurate estimates of the remaining life. Data were obtained through visual inspection, process verification, thickness measurements, non-destructive testing, dimensional measurements, and material analysis. The analysis results show that some equipment requires special attention regarding structural and operational integrity.
