The operational efficiency of palm oil mills (POMs) is strongly influenced by logistics and Fresh Fruit Bunch (FFB) truck queuing
systems. Common problems include delays in transportation and long unloading queues, which lead to FFB backlogs and reduced extraction efficiency. This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of implementing the web-based digital system ParkFleetPro to improve FFB truck unloading efficiency. The research applies a Cost Benefit Analysis (CBA) approach using actual operational data covering annual operating costs (OPEX) and economic benefits derived from oil loss reduction and document efficiency. The results show a reduction in queueing time by 25%, unloading time by 65%, and total processing time by 45%. Financially, the benefit-cost ratio (B/C Ratio) is 16.48, with a payback period of less than one month. The system also contributes to reduced paper usage, lower fuel consumption, and improved transparency and discipline, as well as a 62.76% reduction in FFB backlogs caused by truck congestion
at the mill. Based on these findings, the ParkFleetPro project is deemed highly feasible for sustainable implementation.
