Abstract

The Professional Engineer Program Study (PSPPI) at Atma Jaya Catholic University Jakarta implements Recognition of Prior Learning 
(RPL) to accommodate participants with engineering experience. Its implementation faces several challenges, including inconsistencies in portfolio completion, limited supporting evidence, varying levels of participant understanding, and administrative burdens. This study aims to develop an RPL portfolio assessment application. The research method employs a case study approach and system design using Extreme Programming. The results show that the web-based RPL application supports structured and transparent document and oral assessments. Testing indicates that the application meets user requirements and that all functions operate properly.
