Abstract

This paper discusses the technical analysis and handling of operational disruptions in KPJR MTT 09-32 Duomatic CSM, especially the case of levelling units at PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero). This disruption has a direct impact on the process of repairing and maintaining the geometry of the rail road and has the potential to disrupt train travel. Through the methods of literature study, field observation, technician interviews, and examinations using wiring diagrams and SPS Diagnosis, it was found that the root of the problem lies in the damage to the burnt relay and worn connectors. Handling steps are carried out through a thorough inspection, replacement of damaged components, and retesting of the system until the levelling unit can function normally again. The results
show the effectiveness of the repair with minimal downtime and relatively cost efficiency. The recommendations submitted include the preparation of troubleshooting SOPs, and training technicians in early detection of potential disturbances.
