Abstract

Subang Regency is recognized as one of the major pineapple production centers in Indonesia; however, farmers still face various challenges in marketing, including limited market access, long distribution chains, and low adoption of digital technology. This study aims to analyze and design the development of a digital pineapple marketplace to improve marketing efficiency and enhance farmers’ welfare. The research adopts a multi-framework approach by integrating Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN), CATWOE, SWOT, MOST, PESTLE, Six Thinking Hats and value chain. The results indicate that the integration of these frameworks provides a comprehensive understanding in designing an effective and sustainable marketplace system. This study contributes to the development of information systems in digital agriculture and supports digital transformation in the agribusiness sector.
