EFEK MODERASI DUKUNGAN ORGANISASI DAN MEDIASI WORK-LIFE BALANCE PADA PENGARUH PENGEMBANGAN KARIR TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA (STUDI KASUS KARYAWAN WANITA DI PT BANK CENTRAL ASIA, Tbk.)

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek moderasi dukungan organisasi dan mediasi Work-life Balance pada pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan wanita yang telah memiliki keluarga pada PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk. Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling method. Populasi penelitian berjumlah 120 karyawan dengan sampel sebanyak 45 karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur The Simple Mediation and Moderation Model dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 22 dan macro Hayess 2013. Dari temuan penelitian di PT Bank Central Asia, Tbk diketahui pengembangan karir, kepuasan kerja, Work-life Balance serta dukungan organisasi sudah baik. Namun demikian Work-life Balance terbukti tidak dapat memediasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja, begitu pula dengan dukungan organisasi tidak dapat memoderasi pengaruh pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja.
