This publication ethics statement outlines the code of ethics for all parties involved in the journal’s publication process, namely the editorial team, reviewers, authors, and the journal manager. The foundation of these ethical guidelines rests on three core values:

  1. Neutrality – ensuring freedom from conflicts of interest in the management of publications;
  2. Fairness – guaranteeing proper authorship and recognition of scholarly contributions;
  3. Integrity – maintaining honesty in all forms of publication, prohibiting duplication, fabrication, falsification, and plagiarism.

After reading this Publication Ethics Statement, authors are required to download the Ethics Statement and Copyright Agreement form. The Ethics Statement must be signed and submitted as part of the initial manuscript submission, while the Copyright Agreement must be completed before the article can be published. These documents may be submitted via post, email, or fax.
