PERAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT DAN MEANINGFUL WORK TERHADAP WORK ENGAGEMENT PADA KARYAWAN PT X

Karyawan di industri retail fashion menghadapi tuntutan kerja yang tinggi sehingga memerlukan tingkat work engagement yang baik untuk mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Namun, tingginya tuntutan kerja tidak selalu disertai dengan dukungan organisasi maupun pengalaman kerja yang bermakna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Perceived Organizational Support dan Meaningful Work terhadap Work Engagement pada karyawan PT X. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 karyawan dari berbagai divisi dan jenjang jabatan. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi Survey of Perceived Organizational Support, Work and Meaning Inventory, dan Utrecht Work Engagement Scale (UWES-17). Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Meaningful Work berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, sedangkan Perceived Organizational Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Namun, kedua variabel secara simultan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap Work Engagement dengan sumbangan sebesar 31,2%. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kebermaknaan kerja memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan keterikatan karyawan terhadap pekerjaannya.
