Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention yang dimediasi oleh work life balance dan work engagement. Penelitian ini dilakukan di sebuah perusahaan manufaktur farmasi di Cikarang, Jawa Barat dengan menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel non-probability sampling, yaitu purposive sampling. Penulis menyebarkan kuesioner secara online kepada setiap pekerja yang berstatus karyawan tetap dengan masa kerja minimal 1 (satu) tahun kepada 107 pekerja. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode bootstrapping makro PROCESS Hayes pada SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perceived supervisor support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention, namun work life balance dan work engagement memediasi secara penuh pengaruh perceived supervisor support terhadap turnover intention
