Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi hubungan antara kualitas kehidupan kerja, sinergi kantor-rumah, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Seratus dua (102) responden yang berasal dari 8 kelurahan di Kecamatan Depok Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas kehidupan kerja dan sinergi kantor-rumah berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja pegawai. Selanjutnya, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja memediasi pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja dan sinergi kantor-rumah pada kinerja pegawai.
