Abstract

Remaja putri merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap anemia dan masalah kesehatan reproduksi akibat keterbatasan pengetahuan serta belum optimalnya deteksi dini di tingkat komunitas, sehingga berpotensi menimbulkan dampak jangka panjang terhadap kesehatan dan produktivitas. Kegiatan komunitas ini bertujuan meningkatkan pengetahuan kesehatan remaja putri sekaligus melakukan deteksi dini anemia melalui pendekatan promotif dan preventif berbasis komunitas. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada 14 Juni 2025 di RW 05 Kelurahan Ancol dengan sasaran 30 remaja putri, di mana sebanyak 27 peserta (90,0%) mengikuti seluruh rangkaian kegiatan. Metode pemecahan masalah dilakukan melalui penyuluhan kesehatan remaja interaktif, pengukuran kadar hemoglobin sebagai skrining anemia, serta intervensi awal berupa edukasi gizi dan pemberian tablet tambah darah. Hasil skrining menunjukkan bahwa 21 peserta (77,8%) memiliki kadar hemoglobin normal (>12 g/dL), sementara 6 peserta (22,2%) mengalami anemia, terdiri atas anemia ringan 2 peserta (7,4%), anemia sedang 3 peserta (11,1%), dan anemia berat 1 peserta (3,7%). Seluruh peserta (100%) memperoleh edukasi gizi dan suplementasi tablet tambah darah, sedangkan peserta dengan anemia sedang dan berat dirujuk ke Puskesmas untuk pemeriksaan lanjutan. Evaluasi pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan peserta setelah intervensi edukasi. Penyuluhan kesehatan yang terintegrasi dengan skrining anemia efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja putri serta mendukung deteksi dini anemia di tingkat masyarakat.
