Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dampak tren staycation dan workcation terhadap perkembangan industri perhotelan dan pariwisata di wilayah perkotaan. Peningkatan permintaan wisatawan lokal yang memilih staycation dan profesional yang memiliki gaya hidup workcation mendorong industri perhotelan untuk berinovasi dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. Dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja Customer Review and Analysis Framework (CRAF), penelitian ini mengumpulkan, memproses, mengevaluasi, dan merancang sistem informasi untuk memahami preferensi tamu serta mengoptimalkan strategi pemasaran. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tren staycation dan workcation tidak hanya meningkatkan tingkat hunian hotel tetapi juga mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal dan pertumbuhan sektor pariwisata perkotaan. Implementasi CRAF membantu manajemen hotel untuk lebih responsif terhadap kebutuhan tamu, sehingga meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan.
