OWNERSHIP & MANAGEMENT

Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat Charitas is a scholarly journal published by Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya. The university provides institutional support and resources to facilitate the journal’s operations, development, and long-term sustainability in disseminating knowledge, experiences, and best practices in community service and engagement.

The journal is managed by an editorial team comprising the Editor-in-Chief, editors, and other editorial personnel appointed in accordance with the publisher’s policies. The editorial team is responsible for managing the editorial workflow, including initial manuscript screening, peer review coordination, editorial decision-making, publication, and the implementation of publication ethics standards.

Universitas Katolik Indonesia Atma Jaya, as the publisher, supports the journal’s management and operational needs while respecting the editorial independence of the editorial team. Editorial decisions are made independently based on the quality, originality, relevance, methodological soundness, and contribution of submitted manuscripts to the field of community service and engagement. Such decisions are not influenced by institutional interests, commercial considerations, sponsors, or other external parties.

The journal is committed to transparent governance, responsible publishing practices, and continuous quality improvement.
