Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui  peran mediasi stres kerja dalam pengaruh work-family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja. Populasi adalah pegawai wanita di Direktorat Jenderal Pengelolaan Pembiayaan dan Risiko, dengan rumus slovin didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 40 orang pegawai wanita. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah uji mediasi dengan menggunakan Preacher-Hayes The Simple Mediation Model dengan bantuan aplikasi statistika SPSS versi 22.  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh work-family conflict terhadap kepuasan kerja dimediasi oleh stres kerja, selain itu work-family conflict juga berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja.
